Hmmmmm.... so you want to build your own personal website  ha? You can do it, coz i already made mine.

Before, whenever I saw other websites, i always wonder how they did it. I was always amazed with all the graphics, backgrounds and their animations. I told to myself that i would make my own one day and true enough with much hard work, i finally made one. I can't say my site was a neat or professional one, i'm still learning though but this one i can call my own.

I made my very 1st page for my niece at Yahoo Geocities using one of their templates. You can start there if you like, but there are other sites that offer their services for free, you can try them too.

You can make your own personal site using templates, but if your goin' to start from scratch.....that's where your creativity and patience will come in.

There are thousands of Tutorial sites on the net, follow their instructions and in no time you'll learn. You also don't need to learn and write your own HTML. 

Join any technical support forums, they are of great help too. You can ask me too, and with some knowledge i have right now, i hope i can help you.

It's all trial and error, you should experiment, research or ask.
